I want a bugtracking / project management application that is all accessible from the web but can still be managed via email. So that as developers are having feature discussions over email the project app is taking each email and adding it as another comment (accepting the HTML formatting would be a plus) to the ticket. That would really help getting people to adopt to using the system.
